As Human Resources Manager at United International Pictures (UIP) Rosanna provided a full personnel service for 250 Head Office staff. Rosanna prided herself on offering a pro-active, responsive and compassionate all round personnel service which met the needs of both the organisation and the employees.

Rosanna's organisational skills were employed both in her job and in her voluntary role as elected Chairman of the UIP Sports and Social Committee. She organised the annual charity toy appeal, Christmas parties and many special events including staff family screenings of new blockbuster films. She was instrumental in implementing an Employee Volunteering Scheme in Hammersmith and Fulham which went on to win the first Diageo Award, beating 400 other boroughs. Rosanna's events always ran like clockwork and invariably drew praise from all involved.

As Manager of ProHelp London Rosanna continued to organise events and run training workshops, courses and 'lunch and learns' at Business in the Community. Her facilitation skills were also much in evidence as she brokered approximately £750,000 of professional skills from 30 leading firms, including Allen & Overy, KPMG and Jones Lang LaSalle into the voluntary sector on an annual basis.
Rosanna is active in her local community in Ealing, West London where she has made a significant contribution to the work of the Brentham Society and the Brentham Heritage Society.
