We offer an independent facilitation service for those times when an outside perspective can be invaluable. Examples of events we facilitate include Annual General meetings, strategy meetings, change management and team building events and away days.
Using an independent facilitator can have many advantages. These can include a perception of objectivity that is hard for an internal person to achieve. Equally an independent facilitator brings a different perspective which can be useful for generating new ideas, challenging entrenched views or encouraging equal participation from everyone involved. A skilled facilitator allows all of your team to join in and contribute irrespective of their seniority.
We will take your brief and then develop a proposal to meet that brief. We can do as much or as little as you like. We can simply Chair a meeting and leave or we can develop a programme for the event, produce supporting materials and facilitate the event.
