organisations in the area.
Design and delivery of a range of courses and workshops
for mixed groups. Topics include, Presentation Skills, Practical
Project Management and Employing and Managing Staff.
Heathrow City Partnership delivers a range
of services to businesses and individuals, including business start
up and expansion advice and employment support. Case

The development of a Training and Development Plan
which included an induction programme, appraisal scheme, and an
evaluation mechanism. This led to the achievement of Investors in
People
Ealing Mencap the leading UK charity who
represents the interests of people with learning disabilities and
their carers within the London Borough of Ealing. They are a voluntary
organisation, based over several sites, which runs a range of projects
and programmes to help people with learning disabilities and their
carers.
Review, develop and standardise personnel structure
over several sites. Produce a Staff Handbook and supply content
for an intranet personnel on-line system. Working with the organisation
to achieve Investors in People.
Also Facilitation of a Management Team Away Day.
Care Concern (Homecare) Ltd. a Care Agency
that provides care to people in their own homes with the emphasis
on a quality service and a personal touch. Case
study
Ongoing Personnel support including a personnel
review, implementation of structures, policies and procedures and
development of staff handbook and contracts of employment. Created
and implemented an Appraisal Scheme and carried out Management Training
on the scheme.
Sick Children's Trust which provides Home
from Home accommodation for the families of very sick children at
a number of major hospitals throughout the UK.
Facilitation of several Away Days involving trustees
and staff from a variety of sites. Together we have worked on the
Business Plan, team building and dealing with stress.
