How it happened Rosanna was recommended to us by one of our Consultant Business Advisers. We needed someone with a lot of experience and a good track record in personnel issues to approach these key issues with an independent outlook. The process
The results Four reports were produced as follows:
The recommendations contained in the reports were radical, innovative and far-reaching. They were fully accepted by the HCP Senior Management Team and have been implemented. A bonus was the proposal to adopt a completely fresh approach to our Induction training, because we hadn't actually asked for it! But Rosanna had identified weaknesses with the existing process during her interviews with staff.
Benefits Much improved systems for staff training and development and performance appraisal and review. This will improve the performance of staff with a consequent positive impact on the company, our clients/customers and the employees themselves.
