How it happened
Rosanna was recommended to us by one of our Consultant Business Advisers.
We needed someone with a lot of experience and a good track record in
personnel issues to approach these key issues with an independent outlook.
The process
Introductory presentation to a staff meeting.
One to one interviews with all staff.
A collaborative approach with the HCP Quality Manager.
Production of four separate reports with recommendations for implementation.

The recommendations contained in the reports were radical, innovative
and far-reaching. They were fully accepted by the HCP Senior Management
Team and have been implemented. A bonus was the proposal to adopt a completely
fresh approach to our Induction training, because we hadn't actually asked
for it! But Rosanna had identified weaknesses with the existing process
during her interviews with staff.
Rosanna also made recommendations
to improve our IiP Re-assessment Plan and suggestions for improving
the effectiveness of our internal Quality Circle.
