Organisational Review
Most of us are so busy meeting our clients' needs that we have little time to think about how we structure and run our organisations. That's where one of our Organisational Reviews can be helpful; it's like an MOT for your company.
The Client
HCT Europe is a family run business employing 30 people. Since its formation 15 years ago the company has concentrated on becoming international leaders in cosmetics packaging. Recognising the need to overhaul personnel systems the company asked Rosanna for help.
The Process
Using a personnel route map, Rosanna conducted the Organisational Review that looked in detail at 4 key areas of the business structure:

She spent a day at the company looking through and gathering copies of everything already in place as well as things that were 'in the pipeline' .
Rosanna identified the priorities and noted the gaps. She then set to work on writing or updated policies to reflect current legislation and practise. Some systems were working perfectly fine but slightly out of date so they were bought in line with current best practice.
The End Results
Once everything was in place and up to date, Rosanna wrote a staff handbook that was then issued to all staff. This ensures that everyone has an up to date, easy to read manual that explains the background of the company, its ethos and value set. Everyone now understands their rights and responsibilities and is aware of the rules and regulations.
Rosanna has now finished this key piece of work but is on hand - at the end of the phone or in person - for any questions or concerns that may arise in the company and is also looking forward to the next project with HCT Europe.
