To organise a launch reception of up to 200 people for the Brentham Heritage Society, a local conservation charity with small funds but high ambitions.

Why we approached Rosanna Henderson
Rosanna produced a large-scale launch in 2000 when the Society published a centenary book about Brentham Garden Suburb. This was a large and complex event for 400 people which she accomplished with verve and professionalism, so we knew she would do a good job for us.
How she did the job
We agreed an outline budget and our main requirements in advance and
Rosanna made useful suggestions about how to extract maximum value and
enjoyment from the evening. She then:
Evaluation
The event was a great success, with heightened and positive awareness
of our work as a result. As we had come to expect, Rosanna approached
the task with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, executing it to
a high standard and bringing it in below budget. She is a self-starter
and enjoys getting on with a challenge herself, but is also a good communicator
and motivator. She orchestrated the event perfectly and brought added
value by going the extra mile with useful suggestions, PR effort and personal
follow-up.
