My overall aim is:

"To live the life I love and love the life I am living"

I was born and bred in West London. During my twenties I moved to central London and enjoyed flat sharing and a good social life in the centre. I am now happily living on the Brentham Garden Estate in Ealing; The Queen of the Suburbs. However, I still enjoy going into town and regard myself as a true Londoner.

I am married to Alan who is my best friend and soulmate. We have 'Sophie kitten' to keep us amused and on our toes.

I am a very active person and like to be kept busy. I am happiest when I have a project to work on, whether it is work, social or voluntary. I love cycling, walking and skiing. I go to the theatre on a regular basis and am a film buff - favourite era is 70s. I have a great family and a good group of friends - with whom I enjoy cooking, eating and socialising - with a glass of wine or three. I have a creative side and enjoy creating mosaics, using colour and gardening. My mosaics have become popular with friends so I have now developed a website to showcase my work and I am happy to take commissions. www.conkercrafts.co.uk

I am very involved in my local community and have been an active member of the Brentham Society as well as organising the Brentham Book Launch and the DVD Launch on a voluntary basis. I am committed to doing a certain amount of voluntary and pro bono work each year and this has involved me in a variety of organisations as well as mentoring and coaching people on a one-to-one basis.

I am a real doer and always take a hands-on approach. My style is unique and quite individual - it does not suit everyone, which is fine and why I try to really get to know the people I will be working with beforehand so they can be sure my style will work for them.
